How to lose weight in the gym? The nightmare of all women is gaining weight in the gym rather than losing it, which is why when they start to feel a little bloated, women (not all of them, of course!) Leave the gym . In a year and a half that I have been training seriously, I have met a lot of girls that I have never seen again, in two or three months. Girls who left with motivation to the stars, trained every day, but after the first results they “stalled”: they did not lose weight, they continued to see themselves enormous and not to like each other.

weight in the gym is the best way to lose weight: training allows us to maintain and build lean mass, lose fat little by little, increase metabolism, eat even a little more than starvation diets. The important premise is this: you need to eat balanced (better not totally exclude carbohydrates), and create a caloric deficit (not too high, given that we are training: about 15 percent of our daily caloric needs). This is as far as nutrition is concerned.
And for the gym? Here are the tips !!!
1) BE CONSTANT:kill yourself in the gym for two months and then quit if we don’t see exactly the results we want. But what are these results? Let’s go and see on the net if we find models with a fitness physique that inspire us, and let’s try to find out something about them. How long have women been training? If you inquire, you will notice that women with beautiful bodies have been training for years, and have obviously made their mistakes like other mere mortals. Their secret? They have been constant. They didn’t quit after two or three months.
They didn’t fill the gym first, seven days a week, only to think they failed after eight weeks. They trained right (2 to 4 times a week maximum) and continued. And continued. And continued. That is, they created a routine.
