C. 100 grams of Apro Gusto vegan yogurt vanilla + a level teaspoon of grated coconut or chia seeds or wheat germ / oats. A strawberry or half a tangerine for the garnish.
D.90 grams of light Santa Lucia ricotta, stevia or tic for sweetening, half a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa, a teaspoon of milk or skimmed yogurt. Plus a pinch of bitter cocoa for the garnish.

Cream procedure.
Mix the ingredients apart from those for the garnish in a small bowl.
Pour the cream obtained on the chosen base, leveling it well or tapping the container twice so that the cream settles. Garnish according to the indications for the type of cream chosen.

Cover your cheesecake with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge until the next morning.
