Yogurt cream. A very simple dessert, with a low glycemic index, low in calories, quick to prepare and very healthy for those who want to speed up their metabolism, to be served with strawberries or cat’s tongue.
Ingrediants
- Dose for two people:
- A tablespoon of low-fat cocoa (10 gr., 32 Kcal)
- A pack of low-fat total fage yogurt (170 g, 90 calories)
- Two sheets of gelatin
- A generous spoonful of peanut butter (20 gr, 120 Kcal)
- Half a glass of skimmed milk (100 gr., 33 Kcal)
- A meager teaspoon of stevia
- A few drops of whiskey
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the yogurt with the milk without bringing it to the boil. Add the spoonful of peanut butter a few seconds before turning off the heat. Turn off and add the two gelatine sheets previously placed in cold water and squeezed. Mix well to dissolve the gelatin.
- Add the stevia and whiskey drops, allow to cool completely and pour the mixture into two dessert bowls. Put the cups in the fridge for 3-4 hours, remove the bitter cocoa from the surface and serve.
- The extra idea: this cream is perfect as a cream for a special tiramisu. Just alternate layers of wet pavesini with coffee.
