Minidiet with the detox advice of Dr. Sara Farnetti
Breakfast:
 a cup of green tea with no added sugar, a slice of wholemeal toast with a teaspoon of oil or butter, a vegetable juice of your choice.
Lunch: 60 grams of rice or pasta with a generous plate of bitter vegetables such as chicory, radicchio, field herbs, or even artichokes. A tablespoon of maximum oil raw or to sauté the vegetables. Yes to garlic and chilli.
Snack: two cubes of bitter chocolate, a dozen unsalted almonds or walnuts on the surface. The snack can also be repeated twice a day.
