THE DIET OF SALMA HAYEK
Breakfast: the fruit and vegetable smoothie.

Lunch is based on a wholemeal bread sandwich with two slices of sliced turkey or chicken, tomatoes and a slice of avocado. Otherwise a mixed salad with avocado and chicken breast more than crackers or an avocado toast with bull’s-eye egg. Practically avocado is a stable food of his diet.
