Rice anti-aging beauty mask
Known as the Japanese beauty secret (and this time it’s true, I checked, it’s full of references), the recipe for this anti-aging mask, which you can then literally eat, is based on cream of rice and honey, and according to the site from which I took it, it would literally do wonders , giving fresher skin, minimizing some wrinkles and above all fighting skin aging and blemishes on the face. In short, a real elixir of youth inexpensive and very easy to make, which you can prepare in quantities only once and then freeze, for example, in an ice container, in order to make many cubes of the mask, while the “tonic” can be poured onto cotton wool circles, and freeze the soaked circles. The cost of the operation is irrosoria, and allows you to use this mask even every day.
What does he do? Enriches the skin with vitamin B and copper , preventing skin spots, sagging and damage to the skin from sunlight. It can be used in the evening, after removing make-up and washing the face with water and natural soap.
ANTI-AGING AND NOURISHING BEAUTY MASK
2-3 tablespoons of uncooked rice
1 tablespoon of hot milk
1 tablespoon of quality honey
Wash the rice and put it in a saucepan with half a liter of water: boil without adding anything until the rice is soft, almost overcooked. Do not throw away the cooking water. At this point, drain the rice, put it in the mixer with a tablespoon of hot milk and one of honey. Reduce everything to a puree.
Put a little on your hand, rub the cream of rice on your clean face , and keep it for half an hour. Then rinse with the rice cooking water.Â
How to keep it? The cooking water can be kept in the fridge for 4 days. The cream for a couple of days.
You should therefore make a double or triple portion and freeze the cream as ice cubes, while the tonic can be poured into the circles of cotton wool and frozen or divided into two containers and thawed. Each container must then be kept in the fridge for 4 days and this allows you to have fresh tonic for the whole week.
