Protein pancakes, 2 super easy recipes!
I like pancakes very much, and I find them above all ideal for a balanced and fairly light breakfast, as long as you don’t overdo the accompanying sauces: and in particular, they are an excellent breakfast for those who are preparing to train a few hours later. especially in these two protein versions and really easy to prepare.
The recipes I got from www.bodybuilding.com  which illustrates ten of them.
I chose these protein pancakes!
RECIPE NUMBER ONE:
Protein Banana Pancakes
The classic recipe for these pancakes is very simple: mix an egg with a medium banana, mashed with a fork and not pureed. Then spoon-cook the mixture. The result is 2-3 banana pancakes. But if you want to make protein pancakes, you can mix one whole egg with two egg whites instead (beating the mixture well) and add them to a fairly ripe mashed banana. Then on a non-stick pan or sprinkled with Pam spray , pour the mixture in spoonfuls: you will get about 3-4 medium-sized pancakes. A little cinnamon on top and that’s it.
