Protein chocolate truffles!
Small super-fast recipe for protein-rich chocolate truffles that are very easy to make .
Each truffle contains around 100 calories if you follow this recipe, with 7 grams of fat, 5 of carbohydrates and 6 of protein per truffle. They are very delicious chocolate truffles and above all they are very simple to make, even for those who have little time or little manual skills in the kitchen.
Ingredients for 18 protein chocolate truffles:
120 gr of peanut butter (or half peanut butter and half Novi hazelnut cream, therefore 60 gr and 60 gr. In this case you can avoid honey, add a few drops of sweetener and save about 11 calories per truffle)
120 of peeled almonds
50 gr of honey
60 gr of whey protein taste cocoa (or similar)
bitter cocoa to sprinkle, 15 gr.
Method. Coarsely chop the almonds in a blender and add the protein powder. In a bowl pour the peanut butter with the honey, mix well and spoon in the mixture of proteins and almonds. You will get a very thick dough. Divide it into 18 balls and sprinkle them with cocoa powder. Keep your chocolate truffles in the fridge for at least two to three hours before serving them.
