Proper nutrition: what ruins our fitness
An article that talked about the usual drastic diets and made me think about what incorrect eating habits we have modify the shape of our body : obviously, if you eat too much you get fat, but one, there is fat and fat, for example a bill is being fat, another is being big, massive, two, simply by reviewing our bad habits towards proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, our body would react with better physical shape right away, and with excellent physical shape ( and better metabolism) if we also did physical activity. In short, a better physical shape almost always corresponds to a healthy lifestyle, a kind of identity card.
In fact, here is a list of the bad habits that give us, over time, an out of shape body:
– inactivity: you can recognize the person who does not exercise immediately. It has no muscles. A thin but not sculpted girl, for example, she is flabby, she has a body that dances on her when she walks, her pants which, despite being thin, saw her; men are more likely to have a pear-shaped female conformation, with thin shoulders and arms, a loose belly, love handles and little legs. Furthermore, inactivity causes a slow and sluggish metabolism. The solution? Gym or gymnastics or other activities.Â
