Food scheme.
The new diet of prof. Calabrese consists of a food scheme that we can vary with suggestions and recipes.
On the following pages, the approximate quantities recommended for women and men. Here is the maintenance plan.

Breakfast

Coffee or tea, with the addition of semi-skimmed or skimmed milk (or a 125-gram low-fat yogurt as an alternative).
A slice of homemade dessert (see suggested recipes below) or 25 grams of wholemeal bread / two wholemeal rusks with two level teaspoons of jam or one of honey or 25 grams of wholemeal breakfast cereals. A fruit or 150 ml of juice or juice without sugar (see options at the end of the article).
