Problems with digestion? Fight them with this smoothie

Digestive problems or a swollen belly? Try this smoothie that I propose at least once a day (for example in the afternoon). A smoothie rich in enzymes and probiotics to improve our intestinal flora and in particular to help those who have problems assimilate nutrients well: it contains foods rich in vitamin C, anti-inflammatory spices of the bacterial flora, prebiotic and probiotic foods and foods rich in useful enzymes to fight digestive problems and give us a flatter stomach. Taken from the site “Oh, she glows” , this smoothie is perfect between meals, so as a snack between breakfast and lunch or even better in the afternoon, between lunch and dinner.
Let’s see it together. You can find the ingredients or prepare them in advance,and maybe freeze them: I have, however, put some valid alternatives.

Digestion Problems: This Smoothie Helps You!
(Kcal: about 170)
For two servings
A cup of chopped pineapple including the torso: even better a cup only of chopped pineapple torsos (150 g)
Half a banana cut into pieces and frozen (50 g)
Half a cup of water
Half cup of coconut water or organic unsweetened apple juice (150 ml)
Two coffee cups of parsley, leaves only
A quarter of avocado (60 g) or alternatively a tablespoon of chia seeds
Ginger powder or better yet 2 cm of fresh ginger root A probiotic of your choice: it can be a glass of milk kefir or water or an actimel with lactobacillus casei An organic lemon zest for garnish

Ice cubes

Just blend all the ingredients and let it pass about five to ten minutes before drinking it, so that the air of the smoothie is lost a little.
The result is the equivalent of two large glasses of smoothie: for two people or if you want a drink in the middle of the morning and mid-afternoon.
