Just two years have passed since the official launch of POCO , the smartphone brand launched by Xiaomi , but the company’s success continues to secure an ever-increasing slice of consumers. Precisely for this reason, many were waiting for the official presentation of the new device of the Chinese company, which took place on 7 September at 14:00 live worldwide. During the POCO X3 NFC Global Launch Event we were finally able to see the new smartphone in action and all its features were revealed.

POCO X3 NFC, this is the name of the device, was presented as one of the most powerful and economical mid-range smartphones on the market. The phone boasts excellent performance, especially designed for gaming, thanks to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G and the 6.67-inch DotDisplay Full HD + with 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate . To power everything, in addition, a 5160mAh battery , which promises up to two days of autonomy, 10 consecutive hours of play and 17 hours of video playback. Fast charging at 33Wdeveloped by POCO will also allow you to obtain 100% in just 65 minutes. Still on the gaming side, we find many interesting goodies, such as haptic feedback, two stereo speakers and a LiquidCool Technology 1.0 Plus liquid cooling system .

Speaking of photography, POCO X3 NFC presents a quad camera with Sony IMX682 64MP main sensor , 13MP ultra wide angle, macro lenses and portrait mode. POCO’s software also allows you to use a large amount of effects, such as Gold Vibes Mode and Cyberpunk mode. Also present the Kaleidoscope mode and AI Skyscaping 3.0, a technology that allows photo retouching of the sky in images.

Also not to be overlooked is the presence of the dear and old headphone jack , the IR Blaster technology and, as the name suggests, the NFC sensor for contactless payments. Also present is the fingerprint sensor , positioned on the side body of the smartphone. The device is also IP53  certified for resistance to dust and rain.

POCO X3 NFC will be available in two versions: the first, 6GB + 64GB, will be sold at a price of € 229 , while the second, 6GB + 128GB, at a price of € 269 . The two devices will be available for purchase at a discounted price of € 199 and € 249 respectively. The two colors available are Shadow Gray and Cobalt Blue.
