Pimples and bubbles on the back and chest: is it acne or folliculitis?

Hi, since I was 14 I have had a problem with pimples on my back and blisters on my chest, which sometimes leave marks or spots. Before using the nuvaring ring (I used it for a year exclusively for contraception) these pimples came to me mainly in winter, the climate influenced a lot, and then with the sun they went away returning towards January (actually before using nuvaring these pimples did not even leave spots). While using the nuvaring ring I did not have any kind of pimples, when I stopped the pimples on my chest and back they came back much stronger than before and I also got some acne on my face (pimples under the skin on the jaws ). Now the jaw problem is gone, in three to four months without special care. I also went to the dermatologist, but in my opinion the pimples on the jaws are gone due to the time spent and some herbal creams. The problem in my chest and back remained, I haven’t used nuvaring for a year and a half now, and the situation on my chest has improved compared to the first 6-7 months. In the summer I had nothing on my back, except the spots left by the many pimples that came to me. Instead, some bubbles remained on the chest, always the ones that never went away, red in color and large enough without pus. Once the sultry heat passed and with the use of a cream (purity cream from the farmaderbe taken in herbal medicine) during the months of September, October and novermpre I had NOTHING! I have had pimples on my chest and back for a month now, much less than before, mainly in the period of the cycle … but there are anyway. What should I do? Are there any natural remedies to control hormones?
