Pesticides: fruits and vegetables that have less!

Can we say that pesticides are the devil? We can tell. And that many of the diseases that plague our generation are related to traces of pesticides in our bodies? We can tell. A recent survey done in northern Europe monitored the change in pesticides in the body ofa Swedish family that switched from a normal diet to a 100% organic diet . They also changed detergents and personal hygiene products. All for two weeks. By the end of the investigation, the concentration of pesticides in the body of each family member had either gone to zero or dropped to laughable levels. Find the video here. Italy is one of the most sensitive countries to bio. Which, however, despite a growing production, has medium-high prices that those who have a family cannot always afford. And not everything that glitters is organic. Many scams, many products that are not healthy despite having organic raw materials: corn syrup even if organic remains corn syrup

To help you, I doa list of those qualities of fruit and vegetables that, even if bought from the “fruit shop” near the house and not of biological derivation, can be consumed with more peace of mind because they have a minimum contamination of pesticides! The reason? Often it is their structure: hard peels, difficulty of the pesticide to penetrate the pulp.
FRUITS AND VEGETABLES WITH LESS PESTICIDES
Fruits:
pineapple, oranges and grapefruit, avocado, mango, coconut, papaya, kiwi, cantaloupe, bananas.
Vegetables and cereals:  corn, cabbage and cauliflower, cabbage, frozen peas, onions, asparagus, aubergines, sweet potatoes

Instead, we have to buy organic: peaches, apples, peppers, celery, red fruits, pears, common potatoes, carrots and green leafy vegetables.
