Peripheral neuropathy: is there a possible recovery?

Good morning everyone. I would like to ask you if you can help me as I suffer from peripheral neuropathy which is only getting worse over the years. The origin should be the HCV infection that I have had for so many years without knowing it. HCV produced cryoglobulins as a side effect, which in turn damaged my nervous system and caused neuropathy. Since HCV I was negativized with the new treatment about three years ago but then I have not had any improvement. I was visited by 3 different neurologists and the last one told me that after a few years I would have recovered something but unfortunately I only see worsening. I went to a homeopath in my country who advertises himself as solving every problem but he found nothing for me. I would like to know if there is anything targeted for me based on your experiences. I also did many massages as a physiotherapist but I had no solution. Thank you
