Breakfast. Coffee or tea of ​​your choice without sugar + a 125 gr low-fat yogurt + a medium fruit and a piece of cheese (good for example a piece of Grana Padano or Parmesan, like 30 grams).

Dinner. You can alternate one of the lunch proposals with dinner, as long as you do not repeat the pasta or rice dish.
To this diet, the nutritionist added the advice to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and play sports for at least 3/4 times a week, at least half an hour.

There are two bonuses, or two possible snacks during the day:
1 square of extra-dark chocolate or 1 low-fat yogurt or 1 medium-small fruit.
