A ketogenic diet of only three days to lose a kilo or more : simple and fast, it will allow you to eat more and lose weight without contraindications, because unlike normal ketogenic diets (which, however, I remind you that they should not be continued for long …) , it does not last long and acts even faster . Useful if we want to restart the metabolism with more momentum, it can be done from Friday to Sunday included or from Monday to Wednesday. The only drawback: you cannot drink alcohol, and obviously you cannot eat anything other than what is written in the diet . Yes instead to tea, coffee, spices. Please note that when we write cream we mean either unsweetened fresh cream or cooking cream (depending on the recipes). And go with the diet!

Fast ketogenic diet: lose over 1 pound in 3 days

Breakfast: bitter coffee with a teaspoon of fresh cream, two scrambled eggs with a tablespoon of toasted oil seeds, 100 gr. of blueberries.
Or bitter coffee with cream, an omelette with an egg and two slices of smoked salmon,
or coffee diluted with two tablespoons of unsweetened coconut milk or one of cream, an egg omelette and an egg white with 40 grams of processed spreadable cheese with stevia and cinnamon.
Snack: 1/4 avocado
Lunch: alternate these proposals: lettuce salad dressed with oil and pumpkin seeds + one and a half pounds of grilled salmon or mackerel or herring fillets with a spoonful of sour cream or mayonnaise + coffee. Or: endive salad with chopped walnuts and extra virgin olive oil, one and a half pounds of grilled or roasted chicken (also with skin) + flaked parmesan. Or: a pound of broccoli boiled with a spoonful of melted gorgonzola or other cheese (brie, Swiss cheese) + a Roman-style saltimbocca with a 100-gram slice of veal or turkey, sage and one of ham. A purifying herbal tea without sugar.
Snack:  5 almonds or pistachios
Dinner:alternate these proposals: a beef steak of maximum one and a half hectograms with 300 grams of buttered spinach; two ounces of smoked tuna with valerian in a salad with oil and thin slices of Parmesan cheese plus 4-5 olives; half an avocado in a salad with a quarter of chopped onion, oil, vinegar and chilli plus a pork chop in the oven (without sauces) or alternatively baked trout with dill, lemon slices and salted butter. A purifying herbal tea without sugar.
If we have hunger pangs we can make additional snacks based on:
– a boiled egg
– two slices of salmon or smoked tuna
– a can of natural tuna
– a handful of pumpkin seeds
– five olives
– a piece of Parmigiano Reggiano

Important: drink at least two liters of water a day, preferably acidulated with a little lemon juice.
