The definitive edition of C’era una volta Goldrake arrives, the most complete and detailed book dedicated to the famous Japanese robot of the 70s.

With a definitive edition of more than 1000 pages, C’era una volta Grendizer arrives  . The true story of the Japanese robot who revolutionized the TV and toy market in Italy by Massimo Nicora , the most complete and detailed book about the famous Japanese robot. With the cover illustrations signed by Riccardo Pieruccini and Daniele Rudoni, the work is the result of research that has been going on for 14 years.

After the recent announcement of a game dedicated to the historic series ,  now comes the Definitive Edition of the book dedicated to the work of Go Nagai , who literally made history in Italy in the 70s. Through a journey that starts from Japan, the whole story of how this cartoon has become a phenomenon is touched, thanks also to many unpublished interviews and material directly from the Rai archives.

Updated version of the homonymous book released in 2017 ,  this new version has a new space entirely dedicated to the Grendizer toy , together with many other products created with the official license. All accompanied by many interviews, which reveal the background regarding the creation of merchandise that made an era between the 70s and 80s.

In addition  , the challenge of the various production companies of the time is also analyzed , complete with broadcasts that were broadcast exclusively in France and never arrived in Italy, to underline the competition created by this work. The voices, photos and memories have been collected over many years to create what is a truly one-of-a-kind book.

These two volumes, which cannot be sold separately, of the definitive edition of  C’era una volta Goldrake  will be available for purchase from next December 13th in all bookstores or online stores , at a price of € 48.50. This second edition extends the research and previous sources even further, thus becoming a real source of incredible information for all opera lovers.
