Oat slimming drink
Of this oatmeal slimming drink you will find little written in Italian, while abroad it is very well known. Similar to rejuvelac , this special water is obtained with whole and organic oat flakes, to which simple water is added. The processing of these two foods, oat flakes and water, allows us to obtain a slimming and detoxifying drink, probiotic, to be drunk every morning on an empty stomach and every afternoon before dinner, having the foresight to be fasting for at least three hours.
The drink in question is plain oat water.

Why does oats help you lose weight?
Oats is a very special cereal: I really recommend you to prefer it to other cereals, both in whole grain and in flakes, because despite having a low glycemic index, it does not cause excessive intestinal fermentation, indeed it is very well tolerated.
Oats have soluble (and partly insoluble) fibers useful for those suffering from constipation, diverticulitis, swollen belly. Furthermore, in contact with water or other liquid, it releases a gel that promotes intestinal regularity and reduces the calorie absorption of food. For this reason, oat water should be taken on an empty stomach, preferably warm-warm (but in summer it is also ok cold), before meals (before breakfast and dinner). It is also a detox drink, as it helps cardiovascular and liver health and lowers cholesterol.
Finally, this water promotes satiety and can also be drunk throughout the day: the minimum dose is two glasses.
After a month of use, it is good to take a break for another month and then resume.
