– I wouldn’t want to make a life of chia pudding just as I wouldn’t want to make a life of steak and eggs Benedict.
– Yes, I really like black cabbage and avocado, but life is all about balance , not being virtuosos. You don’t eat things just because you think they’re good for you.
– And also, you can be sure that what people think is good for one year, will not do good for the next year.
– Part of moderation in life is when you understand that different days require different ways of eating.
– No one on the face of the Earth should ever go on a diet: no one should get sick from food.
Having said that, how does Nigella keep fit? With a type of yoga called Iyengar, which has allowed her to feel in a better shape, without being obsessed with the weight that comes or goes and without trying to lose weight.
