Nervous hunger: here is the herbal tea for you

A herbal tea that reduces nervous hunger and sugar cravings? I tried this found on Leitv’s website, and I must say that although I didn’t really like the flavor of anise, I didn’t feel like sugar or food until the evening: being a lazy girl, I went to have my trusted herbalist prepare it. , but if you want, you can do it yourself, just buy the ingredients. I made a small variation from the original recipe, which you can find here.  Personally, I preferred to make a larger dose by combining specific herbal teas, and the result I obtained, thanks to the orange and cranberry herbal tea, is also draining and slimming.

THE ANTI-FAME HERBAL TEA
To reduce nervous hunger, try this recipe!
100 gr. of green tea
100 gr. of bitter orange
herbal tea 100 gr. of blueberry herbal tea, for example cranberry herbal tea
orange peel
100 gr. of aniseed

Mix the herbal teas with the tea and anise, and put them in a glass jar. You can also insert the orange peel or otherwise get them every time you want to make the herbal tea. Use two tablespoons for your herbal tea, or about 15/20 grams per cup (180/250 ml of boiling water, in which to leave it to infuse). Ideal in the afternoon, with a teaspoon of honey, to reduce nervous hunger.
