Nervous hunger
Good evening, when I leave work, because I’m tired, because I’m stressed, worried, because duty tells me to play sports but my head doesn’t feel it, I often feel the need to eat even if I’m not hungry, unhealthy products (sweet, salty) and I seem to have the so-called nervous hunger. What can I take that is truly effective to counter it? Is there anything that affects mood or fatigue and sends signals to the brain to feel good without the need for crap food? Am I asking too much? Is it science fiction? Thanks for the reply.

Dearest, nervous hunger, if that is what it is, is a multifactorial phenomenon. There are three alternatives: 1) take Garcinia Cambogia tablets, without NEVER exceeding 800-1000 mg per day which is the classic short-term anti-hunger, I say short-term because it is slightly hepatotoxic (not frightening, if you do not take medications, your liver will be fine); 2) takes 4-HTP (4-hydroxytryptophan) direct precursor of serotonin for an improving and stabilizing action on mood; c) takes a tonic at the meal before the fatigue that leads her to eat arises (Neoiodarsolo could go). Otherwise stress relieving techniques … I hope you can get some improvement from my advice. Many good wishes.
Dearest lady, I apologize for the mistake: this is 5-htp and not 4-htp. Furthermore, the most important thing: remember that we must not be too strict with ourselves, to take time for her and that it is normal in our days not to be able to cope with the endless and burdensome commitments that society and even close to us demand.
