But is it possible to cure insomnia? Various studies show that sleeping pills often make the situation worse. According to naturopathy, sleep is not just a moment of rest, but an important transition from one polarity to another. We pass from movement to stasis, from day to night, from an outward motion to a very deep inner contact. This is why it is said that sleep saves our lives.
Among the natural remedies for insomnia, a warm foot bath before bed is useful for relaxing and letting the blood flow to the head. Dissolving a little mustard powder in the foot bath enhances its effect.
