A mother managed to lose 50 kilos without doing any kind of physical activity , and in just 10 months: the key to Teresa Venetoulis’ success was a low carb approach similar to the ketogenic diet , but not too extreme. In this way, the young mother would have lost the weight caused by a difficult pregnancy and polycystic ovary syndrome, which would have worsened with the attempts at conception she went on for two years before being able to have a child. Teresa wanted to lose weight, but she has always declared herself allergic to any type of activity, as well as very sedentary. In short, she is a lazy one, but she has decided to try to modify her diet anyway thanks to the suggestionsof a doctor, who gave her directions for a low carb diet based on large quantities of vegetables, avocados, proteins, healthy fats such as olive oil and coconut oil. Teresa’s typical day was this : two meals a day and an occasional snack.
– breakfast or light lunch with two eggs in a little butter and a sliced avocado, a little bresaola or ham, mushrooms.
– dinner with meat or fish and a large side dish of mixed vegetables, seasoned with a little extra virgin olive oil.

In this way, Teresa lost 15 kilos in the first two months, and was able to lose 50 kilos in ten months.
