1) Simple or basic smoothie
Properties: moisturizing, draining, rich in vitamin C and iron
Blend together a third of a cup of water (100 ml) with 2-3 ice cubes, 150 gr of strawberries or 100 gr of currants, a cucumber medium and a cup of raw spinach. You can add stevia to taste.
2) The lunch substitute
Properties: satiating, protein, rich in fiber
100 g of avocado (about half), half a ripe banana chilled in the freezer (50 g), 100 g of strawberries or berries, a cup of raw spinach , 100 gr steamed broccoli without salt or half a cup of raw rocket, 200 ml of rice or soy milk, stevia to taste.
