THE OPINION OF DCOMEDIETA
Although the introductory part is very simplified on the role of hormones and on the glycemic index , and does not seem to take into account the latest studies in this regard (for example, we still speak of slow and fast sugars), simple and direct language still allows us to make an idea of how to act to rebalance your metabolism.
Personally, I did not like the demonization of entire categories of food, the evidence against even here can be disproved at the basis of recent discoveries , however in the end what matters is that you have established the key concepts for a healthy and correct diet. inside a new system of habits that could surely give you a new well-being and a new version of you.
