Meghan Markle’s Wedding Diet: Clean 21
Actress Meghan Markle, now a princess, would have gone on a diet before her wedding and more : she would have also put Prince Harry on a stint. On her diet for the wedding , the news on the net is quite accurate: Meghan would have in fact followed the Clean 21 program , a 3-week purifying diet consisting of a smoothie for breakfast, a “clean” meal for lunch (by clean we mean : with fresh, wholemeal ingredients) and a smoothie for dinner. In addition to this, the Clean 21 diet involves the use of some supplements and probiotics to be taken during the day and also includes the exclusion of cereals that contain gluten, milk and dairy products, sweets, alcohol.
In truth, Markle almost always follows this diet plan, and would therefore not have been on a diet for the wedding: that is, every day she has a smoothie for breakfast or a fruit bowl with açai berries, honey and pollen, she would only make one clean meal. with gluten-free whole grains, veggies, meat, and fish, and then typically would just dine on a smoothie. In the Clean 21 program , shakes, supplements and probiotics would be sold together with the dietary protocol , but alas, the use of laxatives would also be recommended to speed up weight loss. Using laxatives to lose weight is a big mistake, as I explain here. Dinner is done quickly, leaving twelve hours of fasting from the last evening meal to breakfast the next day. Meghan Markle would follow a diet of this type every day, as she revealed to the newspapers herself.
Breakfast : fruit and vanilla smoothie or bowl of fruit, berries, honey and pollen.
Lunch: you can give yourself a glass of wine every now and then, but at the base eat vegetables, gluten-free cereals or gluten-free bread or rice pasta, legumes.
Another smoothie is made for dinner.
He takes magnesium, natural supplements to reduce cortisol, vitamin B12, and a multivitamin.
He would go for a run to keep fit.
He also revealed the recipe for his smoothie :
a scoop (one scoop) of vanilla-flavored rice and pea protein (one example is Sunwarrior )
half a cup of unsweetened almond milk
a handful of red fruits
a teaspoon of chia seeds
a sprinkle with cinnamon
half a cup of coconut water
