Low carb smoothie, perfect for protein diets

One of the problems of low-carbohydrate protein diets (which I remind you should not be prolonged and must indeed be cycled ) is that not being able to take large quantities of fruit and reducing vegetables to leafy ones often, beyond the fact that we can take a multivitamin, lead to imbalances at the level of micronutrients, that is: the absence of vegetables makes these diets not very complete from the point of view of vitamins, mineral salts and antioxidants that are naturally found in fruit and vegetables. Substances that are valuable if the protein intake in our diet is high.

This low-carb smoothie is perfect for those on a low-carb diet, such as a ketogenic diet or a low-carb protein diet.  It has a high fiber content, and is perfect as a substitute meal or for breakfast.
Avocado makes it highly full-bodied in flavor and texture and really good and filling.
During the day, it is advisable to take two more servings of raw and cooked green leafy vegetables during the diet.

THE LOW CARB SMOOTH
30 ml of coconut milk type Suzi-Wan or Tibiona
100 gr of raw spinach or endive or watercress
100 gr of avocado in pieces
a scoop of myprotein proteins natural vanilla flavor or lemon cheesecake
the grating of the zest of a lemon organic and a teaspoon of juice
200 ml of water + 2/3 ice cubes
optional ingredient, rich in antioxidants: a teaspoon of matcha tea powder
