Low carb bread, the recipe for Oopsie bread!

Diet Doctor’s recipe for a low-carb bread , which can be useful for those who eat too many carbohydrates and prefer a low glycemic index bread: they are in fact light slippers, without carbohydrates, but protein, which are obtained with a combination of eggs and cheese .
They are very light in consistency and can be filled with vegetables: they look quite similar to mini soufflés that can be stuffed.
Also ideal for those who follow a ketogenic diet.

Here are the ingredients for low-carb bread:
3 eggs at room temperature (important)
100 grams of Philadelphia cheese at room temperature (important)
a pinch of salt
half a tablespoon of chopped psyllium or flax seeds or of chia
a quarter of teaspoon of baking powder,
butter or a little oil for the molds

Divide the yolks from the whites: work the yolks with the cheese, the chopped seeds and the salt. Aside, whip the egg whites until stiff with another pinch of salt.
Add the egg whites to the mixture, then spoon it into muffin molds or tartlets, otherwise you can also make them in a donut mold. Otherwise, take a baking tray, put some baking paper in it, and pour the mixture into homogeneous spoonfuls, leveling a little with the spoon so that they have the shape of round rolls. Put them in a preheated oven at 150 degrees, and cook for 25 minutes, until they are golden brown. They must be allowed to cool completely before removing them from the molds.

They can then be opened and stuffed with tomato, lettuce, a slice of avocado, or used for breakfast with a teaspoon of jam!
To ensure that these mini sandwiches do not deflate, the ingredients must be at room temperature.
