In fact, this low-calorie cake has semolina and low-fat yogurt as ingredients.

HIGH CALORIE CAKE FOR SEMOLINO BREAKFAST

For 8 servings

Ingrediants

165 grams of semolina
100 grams of cane or normal sugar
3 eggs
a level teaspoon of olive oil
500 grams of low-fat white yogurt
100 grams of apple puree
(you can find it in all supermarkets, usually in small aluminum packs)
one bag of vanillin
10 grams of corn starch or frumina
baking powder 1/2 bag
a pinch of salt
grated zest of one lemon

Method

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Work the reds with the sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy, add the olive oil, vanilla and lemon zest, apple puree and a pinch of salt. Work the mixture with a hand whisk for another minute and add the yogurt and starch. Finally, pour in the semolina, mix quickly, add the sifted yeast (important) and now incorporate the whipped egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking dish covered with parchment paper, cook for 40 minutes.

* The extra idea: you can customize the cake by using orange zest instead of lemon zest or by adding 60 grams of previously soaked raisins or the same weight of chocolate chips.
In this case, the calories per serving rise to 250.
