Low calorie Mars bar: the recipe!

Low calorie Mars bar: the recipe!

Today I wanted to post some low calorie snack recipes that can replace the packaged products we all know, and be useful if we are following a low calorie diet. For example, I found here this recipe for making small Mars bars (therefore chocolate and stuffed inside) with only twenty-five calories per bar. We can give ourselves even three during the day and be able to not overstretch the diet.
Off with the recipe !!!

MARS HYPOCALORIC BAR: ONLY 25 CALORIES PER BAR
Ingredients:
a cup of Greek yogurt 0% (about 250 gr)
2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa
vanilla aroma
half a banana mashed with a fork
5 sachets of stevia or other sweetener
60 gr of chocolate chips
2 spoons of almond milk with no added sugar (such as isolabella) or rice + two more tsp

Procedure
In a bowl, blend the mashed banana with the yogurt, the sweetener as required, the vanilla and the bitter cocoa. Pour the contents into a foil dish covered with parchment paper and greased at the edges (or also covered at the edges with other parchment paper) and put in the freezer until it thickens so much that it is hard but can be cut (so about a couple of hours) .
Remove from the freezer and cut the contents into sixteen rectangles. In a bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the almond or rice milk (start with two tablespoons, possibly add the other two teaspoons) until you get a cream suitable for covering. Take the rectangles with a fork one at a time and cover them with dark chocolate. Let them dry or on a new tray with parchment paper.

Do it for everyone, cover the tray with foil and return to the freezer, let them harden well and then transfer them to food bags a few pieces at a time. Before eating them, keep them outside for about twenty minutes.
