Losing your belly without diet or exercise
Is it possible to lose the belly without doing diets or special exercises? The answer is not yes, but it is also not a no. I’ll explain better. When people talk about a belly, they often refer to two fundamental problems: a swollen belly due to digestive problems, excess fermentation of food once eaten, a sense of heaviness; a buildup of body fat in the abdominal area. In both cases, diet and exercise can do something, but they do not always give the desired results : some diets aggravate the symptoms of indigestion and impoverish the intestinal flora, while all the restrictions act on the metabolism, slowing it down after a certain period of time. Few people know that slow metabolism and poor digestion go hand in hand.
Even gymnastics may not be that godsend that everyone thinks about losing their belly, and, I tell you as a regular gym-goer, doing sit-ups every day won’t automatically bring you a flat stomach. It only takes a few inches of abdominal body fat to keep the abdominal muscles from showing up, and many people still apply themselves constantly to have a soft stomach . This is the reason why today it is fashionable to say that ” abs are done in the kitchen “: the less abdominal fat I have, the more the abs will be evident, while it is naive to think that by constantly training the fat will leave room for the muscles and disappear a little. ‘at a time. This may very well not happen.Â
And instead, paradoxically, by reviewing some habits it is possible to start losing your belly without necessarily going on a diet or doing specific exercises: this does not mean that I am not advising you to do physical activity or a healthier diet, mind you! But it helps. And we see it on page two.
