Losing weight without surgery: the case of Laura Micetich

Losing weight without surgery: the case of Laura Micetich

I already know what you will answer by looking at this photo, because in the past, in the face of documented news and with lots of traceable protagonists to ask for a testimony, I have received a series of criticisms from those who believe that obese people and in particular seriously obese are doomed: either they choose to lose weight without surgery or nothing.
In fact, there are many people who can lose weight without bariatric surgery: from my experience there are two cases.
The first: they lose a lot of weight, usually with a very low calorie diet and exercise (cardio). Then, once they are at a normal size, usually in a short time, they remove the excess skin surgically.

The second case (and in this return I too, on purpose I insist in front of the critics saying that it is true and it is possible!): They lose weight with a moderate diet, healthy but not drastic (i.e. in a longer time), and they exercise or constant training. By losing weight a little at a time and not all at once, and by combining the right training to grow lean mass, it is possible to lose weight and also to avoid sagging skin. Finally, other cases are placed in the middle: weight loss in a long time but in any case the need for cosmetic surgery to remove the skin. It is clear that it depends on each case, but what must enter into your head is that you can lose weight without surgery. And in particular, the cases I am talking about are documented and verifiable.

So before you think I’m telling you about unicorns or chemtrails, prove me wrong, as I always give you evidence of my sources. And I’ll do it again this time, telling you about the extraordinary case of this teacher, Laura Micetich , who lost 50 kilos in a year (less than 4.5 kilos a month) doing two things. By changing your diet to a natural diet, without industrial products and processed foods, but only with fresh foods (meat, fish, fresh cheeses, vegetables, fruit, potatoes and grains), or following the eat clean diet (without cutting the calories, but changing the quality of the food) and going to the gym to train with weights six days a week.
You will tell me: no, come on, but the gym is not working. I tell you: try to make some effort, lift some weights and then let’s see

You will tell me: but no, I don’t want to become SheHulk, the gym swells me. I tell you: read here and here and then try again.
And finally you will tell me: is it possible to lose fat mass and gain lean mass at the same time?
Some may have told you that one thing is to gain muscle, another is to lose fat. However, it has been seen that in obese people who try to train (seriously), this happens almost simultaneously.
And this thing has allowed Laura to become what you see on the right.
