According to a study on a group of obese women conducted at the University of Glasgow in Scotland, walking for twenty minutes without breaks half an hour before dinner allows you to decrease your appetite and burn more at mealtime, due to the momentary increase in basal temperature.
In short, a walk would increase the metabolism and promote the sense of satiety. The ideal is to walk in a green area, such as a park, or in the cold, or at a fast pace, to allow the heart to pump a little more and have a labored breath. The important thing is not to do it fasting and not to feel hunger cramps from the beginning. And if we want to dedicate ourselves to this trick to lose weight and do some movement, the ideal would be to walk even after dinner , for a minimum of one hundred steps. This allows us to speed up digestion and have a flatter stomach after eating.
