Lose weight without a diet
I read yet another nice little article that even finds 24 ways to lose weight without a diet , then I “zap” on other articles that teach, one how to reduce calories on the weekend and the other how to reduce carbohydrates to establish that ok, not you can really believe that someone brings their own food to nibble at the cinema. Come on. There is a limit to human decency as well. Can you see your neighbor sitting in the dining room who, in front of the last of the X-Men, munches on lettuce and grilled chicken with aromatic herbs taken from a bag in the bag?
In short, some of these tricks are really unthinkable. But something real and good that allows us to stay in line without having to look in the mirror and say “ok, baby, from Monday you are deadlocked”, there is. D. found it for you. LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT DIET, CUT EXCESSIVE CARBOHYDRATES AND REDUCE CALORIES (I made a mix of three items , embè ???) pizza with a “roll” of lettuce.
– Plan your meals: eh, if you want to lose some weight, you can’t not plan your meals. Or at least you must have a scheduled dispensation. Outside what makes you fat and inside what allows you to lose weight. So even a meal on the spot is not a problem.
– Eat more vegetables and fruits:fruit or vegetables must always be present in every meal. Breakfast, lunch and dinner plus snacks. I bet many of you eat one serving of fruit or vegetables a day. No, potatoes are not vegetables. No, not even popcorn.
– Convert to wholemeal, the real one: to be clear, slices of rye bread or authentic wholemeal bread, not the white one with a little bran. Real wholemeal pasta (excellent De Cecco), cereals, legumes, wholemeal flours for biscuits and cakes.
– Limit alcohol: the wine glass should always be half filled.
– Take a long break while eating:when you feel like serving yourself again, start making conversation, piss everyone off with your five-year vacation plans, show your husband the corners of the bookcase where you haven’t dusted or if you’re smart he hasn’t dusted.
– Eat at home, but when you are in a restaurant, eat like this: share a dish with your friend, take an appetizer as a main course and then choose a first or second course, not both, but in child portions if there are any. If the food is left over, do as the Americans do, I did it once and it worked: I asked for a bag for food to take away (the portions were exaggerated), the so-called doggie bag.
– Burn 100 calories every day with one of these activities:walking for twenty minutes, doing chores for half an hour (I imagine brooming on the ground and vacuuming), running for ten minutes.
