Lose weight with the liquid diet, smoothies and centrifuged

If you want to lose weight quickly and also have a bloated stomach and digestive difficulties, the liquid diet could make you lose around 2 pounds a week. 

The liquid diet consists of a diet based on smoothies and centrifuged, but also broths or soups, which can be followed in two ways.

  • The first is to replace each meal with a drink such as a smoothie or smoothie or soup.
    In this case, solid foods are not consumed for the entire duration of the diet, which however should not be continued for more than 7 days. Weight loss is around 2-3 pounds per week.

HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT WITH THE LIQUID DIET (Juicing)

Breakfast.

You can add a cup of tea or coffee with zero calorie sweetener.

Almond and banana smoothie : 100 grams of banana, a glass of almond milk with no added sugar, 100 grams of kiwi or blueberries, a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Creamy oatmeal : a tablespoon of oat germ, 125 grams of low-fat white or soy yogurt, 100 grams of strawberries or red fruits, a kiwi or a peeled white peach, a pinch of cinnamon or ginger powder.

Chocolate : two heaping teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa, half a ripe banana (60 g), a glass of skim or soy milk, 50 grams of avocado or avocado alternatively a teaspoon of peanut or almond butter, a teaspoon of oat or wheat germ, stevia for sweetening.

Fiber smoothie : 20 grams of All Bran cereals, 125 grams of low-fat white or soy yogurt, 150 grams of pineapple preserved in juice or fresh, a kiwi, a sprinkle of cinnamon or ginger powder.

Snack and snack

A glass of smoothie obtained by blending 100 grams of orange or pineapple, 100 grams of carrot or a clove of fennel, half a cucumber, a glass of organic apple juice.
The other glass should be reserved for a snack.

Alternatively, a glass of orange juice or freshly squeezed juice in the middle of the morning and a glass of organic apple juice in the afternoon.

Lunch.

A cup of vegetable or meat broth to which we can add a spoonful of tomato puree or pureed vegetables already cooked to choose between mushrooms or zucchini or pumpkin or fennel.
Alternatively, a plate of pureed soup without legumes or potatoes.
A level teaspoon of oil and flavorings or spices of your choice.
After a meal 125 grams of low-fat white or soy yogurt with a level teaspoon of honey.

Dinner.

Dinner can be with a protein shake like this or this or by repeating lunch.
If, on the other hand, we want to lengthen the diet, dinner must be solid, following these rules.

A protein food . 120 grams of meat or fish or two eggs or 40 grams of aged cheese or 100 grams of boiled legumes or natural tofu.
Free vegetables. A plate of vegetables or greens in desired quantity with a teaspoon of oil.
Fruit. An apple or pear cooked after a meal or 200 grams of pineapple.
