Lose weight with spices, it’s easy
Go to the supermarket, or better still to the market, and allocate part of the money from your daily shopping to buy spices , preferably in small quantities but various. This is if you want to: lose weight, speed up your metabolism a little, fight the climatic effects, fight nervous hunger, improve your immune system, improve your mood, look younger, increase your energy . Yes, spices do all this: they have incredible power and represent a simple trick to lose a few pounds without a diet. How?
First of all with smell and taste : spices allow us to personalize trivial dishes such as roast or vegetable soupwith their unique flavor, but above all by already feeding us with their scent. A kitchen that smells of spices puts you in a good mood and satisfies you with its smells . Not to mention the aphrodisiac effect of some! We will tend to eat less thanks to their variety and body . Secondly, by spicing more, there will be less temptation to add fatty seasonings and above all salt to our dishes. Finally, many spices promote thermogenesis
1) Chilli and cayenne pepper: being spicy, they stimulate thermogenesis , i.e. they allow us to vary our body temperature and therefore burn a few more calories. Strong paprika and spicy curry are also recommended.
2) Ginger:Confucius consumed it every day. Ginger reduces intestinal bloating, improves digestion and metabolism.
3)Â Black pepper:Â Black pepper has a substance that literally eats up fat cells, especially promoting a flat stomach.
4) Cinnamon (and cardamom): polyphenols in addition to playing a key role against free radicals allow us to increase insulin sensitivity, promoting our sense of satiety and regulating blood sugars. Do not take too much all at once, but sprinkle it in milk in the morning, in yogurt, in fruit salad, in desserts.
5)Â Coriander:cilantro helps good gut bacteria, which play a key role in fat and sugar absorption and weight loss.
6) Mustard: mustard seeds accelerate metabolism, five grams per day (one teaspoon) are enough to increase daily energy expenditure. Nevermore without!
