Lose weight quickly, the strategies
I know what it’s like to feel the need to lose weight fast, although I strongly advise against it, and I personally avoid doing it. If I have to lose weight, usually one or two kilos, I try to plan a slow weight loss, even for just a few kilos , which usually consists of an increase in physical activity and a healthier diet.

What should you avoid if you really want to lose weight fast?
Well, start by avoiding diet pills and dietary supplements for weight loss like the plague. Avoid fasting. Avoid those self-made diets of two or three days, unless they are after a period of binging (in which case they are okay).
