Lose weight in a week with dr. Oz

Losing weight in a week , perhaps because an important event awaits us? I recently went to a wedding, followed by a series of holidays, and overshot heavily every weekend. How to remedy or how to play in advance to avoid too many feelings of guilt? Here is a very simple plan devised by Dr. Oz and personal trainer Chris Powell to easily lose weight in just seven days. How?
Eliminating swelling and water retention, above all, which often cause the dancing kilos that we carry around and that we try in vain to counter by drinking plenty of water or eliminating fatty foods. The simple one week weight loss program is about controlling the two key nutrients that cause us bloating, as Chris explains: salt and sugar. By working with this easy scheme on our consumption of salt and sugar we can get a flatter stomach and the loss of one or two kilos of water retention.

HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT IN A WEEK?
Chris Powell’s scheme
The daily plan must be repeated from Monday to Sunday or from Sunday to Friday
Breakfast: Half an avocado (100 gr) + two hard boiled or scrambled eggs without fat + a slice of rye bread or two wasa slices or three rusks or 3 biscuits
Lunch:  half a cup of boiled brown rice or other whole grains (to be cooked) + a cup of boiled legumes of your choice (to be cooked) or grilled chicken or red meat or fish 150 g + a generous portion of leafy vegetables green or broccoli plus a tablespoon of olive oil
Dinner:a mixed salad with green salad plus a raw vegetable of your choice (tomato, red pepper, carrot) plus cucumbers or asparagus or celery or raw fennel + a portion of fish gr 150 or white meat gr. 150 or low-fat cheese of your choice (flakes of milk, lean ricotta, quark) gr. 100 or tofu or seitan gr. 100. One tablespoon olive oil. Free vinegar.
Now we come to the snacks: they are smoothies, which are very abundant per serving. They can therefore be drunk in half a dose both morning and evening
