Lose 50 pounds in nine months on a vegan diet

A question that you will have asked yourself and that I have also asked myself. But why do all these people who change their diets and choose a vegan diet lose so much weight? I say this as an “omnivore” or pescitariana, since I eat very little meat and very few cheeses (and I loved them) and I prefer fish, legumes, fruit and vegetables.
I think this is the correct attitude that has caused people who have chosen the vegan style to lose so much weight.
