Just follow the daily pyramid to eat and lose weight every day , without menus and without too specific plans: ideal for those who want to lose weight but cannot follow a diet to the letter, this regimen is designed to lose weight from the first week.

It’s about combining the foods in the pyramid every day.
The list goes from the base of the pyramid to the top.
1) Eight glasses of water a day , including tea, herbal tea, unsweetened coffee.
2) Six portions of vegetables (each portion is 100/80 g)
3) Three portions of fruit (same weight as for vegetables)

4) Three portions of animal and vegetable protein :
per portion we mean 100 of white meats , white fish
120 gr for tofu or tempeh, 2 eggs, 140 gr of pretreated legumes (so half a can, the equivalent of about 45 gr dry or 140 of fresh legumes such as peas and fresh peas), 150 gr of Greek or normal low-fat yogurt o 150 gr of skimmed dairy products such as lean ricotta, low fat cottage cheese, low fat quark
5) Two portions of whole grains or complex carbohydrates:
one portion corresponds to 50 gr of flaked oats or two small potatoes or two slices of rye bread or a sweet potato or up to 40 grams of brown rice, millet, quinoa, barley.
6) Two portions of fat:a tablespoon of olive or coconut oil, a quarter of avocado (60 g), 30 g of seasoned cheese of your choice, a tablespoon of nut, hazelnut, almond or peanut butter (10 g, then shaved).
7) A serving of oil seeds or nuts: pumpkin or chia or flax seeds or a spoonful of coconut or almond or hazelnut or cocoa flour or a dozen pistachios or seven walnuts / almonds.

It is enough to eat this every day to lose 5 kg per month, combining foods as we like.
