Do you want to lose 3 kg but are not interested in dieting or revolutionizing your shopping cart? Then rely on these simple tips, developed by the famous Dr. Mehmet OZ. I know I often speak ill of him, but before Dr. Oz became the guru of weight loss supplements and natural remedies like Yacon syrup, enhanced almonds or protein smoothies, or even invented more or less a diet a month ( find the latest here and here), in his Dr. Oz show he was given great advice for losing weight in health and simply correcting bad eating habits that it costs us a little to give up … unless the doctor tells us. The good news is that Dr. Oz is a real doctor. 🙂
LOSE 3 KG IN TEN SIMPLE STEPS ACCORDING TO DOCTOR OZ
1) Check your portions: When you eat out, eat half your portion and have the rest set aside, while at home you do the same thing, using the palms of your hands. Portions of food that are not specifically vegetable (lightly seasoned) should not exceed the open palm of your hand. Pasta, meat or fish or legumes inside a palm, only vegetables can be as many as you want.
2) Avoid light foods: it is a bad way to eat things that are not good for your health and in a larger quantity. Better to eat less, yes, but whole food. 3) Increase your metabolism by favoring foods rich in omega 3 such as fatty fish and flax seeds, foods with arginine such as nuts and legumes, and fucoxanthin with algae (you can find them in organic shops)
4) Increase proteins and green vegetables: lunch based on whole carbohydrates or legumes and green vegetables, dinner based on pure proteins (white meats, red meats, eggs and fish, not cured meats and sausages) and green vegetables. For quantities remember the palm rule and you will lose weight easily.
5) Spice up dishes to lose weight: favor chilli, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon and ginger.
6) Do not take artificial sweeteners of any kind
7) Avoid carbonated drinks and any kind of drink apart from water, coffee, tea.
8) Get around taking ten thousand steps a day , if you don’t know how to buy a pedometer (consider about 2 hours of walking briskly and without stopping)
9) In addition to walking, train from home for 5 minutes , doing arm, leg and abdominal exercises
10) Alternate your calorie limit: learn to eat very little in some days and more in others to avoid slowing down your metabolism.
