Lose 3 kg in 15 days on the green diet

More than a quick diet, or a diet aimed at weight loss, the green diet is a detox program , to be done before or after the holidays to lose weight. It allows you to lose a minimum of three kilos in 15 days, purify the liver, fight constipation, improve digestion. This diet is specific for purification because many vegetables are eaten raw, as fresh as possible.

In this way we relieve the liver and intestines.
The green diet allows us to fill up on substances such as magnesium, but also a lot of fiber that will make us feel full.
Here is the two-week pattern that will make you lose 3kg in 15 days.

The rules: drink away from main meals as needed. Use only ripe fruit for recipes.
To enhance the results, I recommend that you drink this herbal tea before lunch and dinner. 

THE GREEN DIET TO LOSE 3 KG IN 2 WEEKS

Monday

Breakfast.
A sugar-free grapefruit juice or alternatively a sugar-free orange juice (200 ml) or alternatively a sugar-free organic apple juice. A green tea without sugar + a cream made with 100 grams of avocado blended with 2 teaspoons of agave syrup or honey and a heap of bitter cocoa.
Alternatively, cream with 100 grams of ripe banana, 200 ml of soy milk, 2 teaspoons of chia seeds, one of cocoa and a hint of honey.

Snack: a carrot of 100 grams.

Lunch.
Organic spinach carpaccio with 150 gr. fresh spinach, a tablespoon of oil, lemon juice, 2 chopped walnuts, 1/2 green apple. 1 slice of toasted rye bread of 30 grams or 100 grams of sweet corn to add to the salad. 2-3 slices of white or orange melon or 100 grams of orange or kiwi.

Snack. A cucumber and a glass of green tea with a teaspoon of agave syrup or honey.

Dinner.
Two hard-boiled eggs, a plate of chard and steamed broccoli with a teaspoon of oil, garlic and chilli, 150 grams of baked potato with flavorings to taste and a teaspoon of oil. A sugar-free organic pineapple or apple juice.
