Localized fat, here is the homemade bandage
A woman, mother of 3 children, told of an infallible remedy to tone and lose weight on the stomach, thighs and other areas with localized fat . The remedy is actually quite well known, so I decided to tell you about it.
This is a quick and painless (maybe a little uncomfortable) make-up that seems to work to give the belly an undoubtedly more toned and compact look. What is it about?
Of a home bandage in the areas that we want to treat quickly, perhaps in time for the costume fitting or to re-enter some clothes. If done consistently, it has an effect on localized fat, due to thermogenesis, or the sauna effect.
This is what home bandaging consists of.
THE HOMEMADE BANDAGE TO FIGHT LOCALIZED FAT:
The effect is that of a “sauna” and the trick lies in the type of product we use.
A good cellulite cream, for example, or a tonic.
The advice is therefore to buy a good product first.
If you have no ideas, I highly recommend this:
For the rest you need a roll of cling film and bandages.
A roll of bandages can be found in pharmacies or in shops that sell sanitary ware.
The bandage should be done at night and removed in the morning upon awakening. Spread a little cream on the area to be treated, with a quick massage that absorbs it completely. Wrap the film around the area to be treated (belly, legs, arms) in several turns, adherent but not tight. Finally cover everything with rounds of gauze, always adherent but not tight. And go to sleep.
In the photo you can see the result of Coleen, who then reported on this blog. Result?
