Liver problems, the signs to notice
The liver is a very important organ not only for our health, but also if we want to keep fit and stay lean : together with the intestine, a liver that works properly leads us to have a healthy metabolism, to assimilate nutrients better and to burn plus, allowing our body to manage the resources we give it through food and not “put them aside” as a surplus.
And the liver, however, is the most abused organ due to our diet and bad eating habits: although it has the role, together with the kidneys, of purifying us of all waste, many substances can affect its work.

Artificial additives and flavors are often found in industrial products, ready meals, creams, ice creams, but doubts are frequently raised about its healthiness, especially for the liver and intestines. But without going through food labels, even with simple foods we can do damage: spirits, an excess of sugary foods with glucose-fructose syrup, weight-loss diets without carbohydrates, high-protein diets, use of supplements ; all of these things can compromise liver health and in particular help slow down metabolism and make us gain weight in the long run.
And do we want to talk about stress? Stress also doesn’t help our liver.Â
