The recipe for a light and chocolaty cake without butter and sweetened with stevia and without even using refined wheat flour. A small dietary dream and very easy to realize. A large slice of this cake (equal to one sixth) is just over 220 kcal. The fats in the chocolate allow us to give up the butter and the stevia will replace the sugar. Here is the recipe for the light spelled cake.
Ingrediants
- For 6 people:
- 80 gr. milk chocolate (436 Kcal)
- two and a half tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa (80 Kcal)
- a level spoonful of stevia
- 150 gr. spelled flour (540 Kcal)
- three medium eggs (240 Kcal)
- vanilla yeast
- grated orange zest
- half a glass of skimmed milk (30 Kcal)
Instructions
- Melt the chopped milk chocolate with the skimmed milk in a bain-marie. Beat the eggs in a bowl with the stevia and two tablespoons of cocoa and gradually add the melted chocolate and then the spelled flour. Add the orange zest and the vanilla yeast and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 °. As soon as it is cold, sprinkle it with a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa.
