Light banana and chocolate muffins: only 100 calories

If: a) you do not eat fruit, or you have children who do not eat it, or you would like to eat it but why sacrifice your snack time with an apple when you have snacks? b) you like sweets but you are on a diet c) you are not on a diet and you like sweets, but it is better not to overdo it…
then this delicious recipe is for you! Today I present to you a light banana and chocolate muffin that is perfect for breakfast or as a snack but: it only has 100 calories ! And the banana is not the only fruit present! 😉
Here is the recipe!

MUFFIN LIGHT WITH BANANA AND CHOCOLATE
Ingredients for 12 muffins
1 large egg
60 grams of coconut sugar or cane sugar or normal
75 grams of apple or apple and pear puree (you can get it by grating an apple or buy it ready, brand type Melinda)
a pinch of vanilla
150 gr of oat flour
a pinch of baking soda
half a sachet of baking powder
a pinch of salt
50 gr of unsweetened cocoa
300/350 gr of ripe bananas mashed with a fork but not blended

And let’s move on to the procedure: in a bowl mix together the mashed bananas, the apple puree, the egg, the sugar, the vanilla. Separately, mix all the dry ingredients: baking soda, baking powder, oatmeal, cocoa. Preheat the oven to 170 °, butter twelve muffin molds, mix the dry ingredients into the liquid mixture and spoon two-thirds of the mixture into each mold. Bake the muffins for about 20-25 minutes
