Leave the weight loss diet and go non-diet!

What if we gave up on the weight loss diet and tried a non-diet ? And what’s the difference between not doing any weight loss diet and doing a non-diet? Doing the non-diet means putting yourself in a position to lose weight anyway , but without choosing the low-calorie or restrictive weight loss diet; therefore compared to not doing diets and continuing to eat as always, the non-diet is a diet always aimed at weight loss. Here’s the difference! And what are the characteristics of the non-diet compared to the weight loss diet?
The non-diet will not give you the same results as the weight loss diet: it won’t make you lose weight right away, for example, but over time it will. And it will solve a lot of problems for you, especially if you associate it with an active lifestyle. While the weight loss diet has rules and limits to be respected, the non-diet is based on ourselves and on the needs of our body: you never go wrong, you don’t have to worry about following a precise diet plan.

Here is what a weight loss diet generally consists of and what instead characterizes the non-diet.

Characteristics of the typical weight loss diet  (and the mentality that goes with it):

There are foods to avoid or there is a bad diet
The food you like most is an exception to be earned
(a kind of reward)
Your weight loss becomes a success existential
Makes you worry about how others see you based on your weight
Your mood changes based on what the scales say
Often brings on side effects you weren’t expecting: obsession with food and calories, guilt, nervous hunger.

Characteristics of the non-diet

All food is allowed to you, just don’t overdo it and move more
I exercise because it amuses me, satisfies me and makes me feel better
My success is feeling better, happy and satisfied
I focus on health and well-being, and not on the fluctuations of weight
Not worrying too much about weight and food, I have no problem with them

Now, let’s get serious: which of the two approaches would you prefer?
