Dinner: a legume curry with brown rice, or roast beef with vegetables and quinoa, or salmon fillet with vegetables, brown rice and nuts. As for lunch, dinner is also about 500 calories, perhaps something more.
Total: about 2 thousand calories.
Which are fine. They are the needs of an adult woman, and remember that Kayla trains about half an hour a day at high intensity. Plus, her diet is healthy, correct and very nutritious.
The problem is: how many women eat like her? Itsines is 1.64 meters tall and weighs 52 kilos, so it’s small. She certainly has an active lifestyle, but many of you exercise more than you and eat less than you. What I mean is that Kayla may be a winning model, but the difference between her and whoever wants to be like her is that in the latter case, people often cut calories and don’t eat enough to get that “bikini body”. , while she is already in that body, it is his.
