Judi diet: 3 days of this fast diet
It is called Judi Diet and it is one of the diets developed in Milan by the Juva aesthetic medical center of professor Dvora Ancona : it is a fast, detoxifying but balanced diet with the right attention to proteins, which would allow the loss of 3-4 kilos already from the first week .
Intrigued? I do, so I report the first 3 days of this diet: in particular, according to Dr. Ancona, this non-restrictive regime would allow you to deflate the belly in particular and lose centimeters at the waist.
You can try these 3 days and if you feel comfortable with this regimen, you can consider getting a diet counseling at the Judi Diet center. Otherwise, 3 days of this fast diet can be a useful break from normal nutrition and make us lose at least a pound.
3 DAYS OF FAST DIET / JUDI DIET

First day
breakfast:Â orange and grapefruit fruit salad with a low-fat yogurt
lunch:Â salad of green leafy vegetables and natural tuna (160 g) (a tablespoon of oil)
snack:Â three or four nuts
dinner:Â brown rice (max 100 g) more cooked vegetables (a tablespoon of oil)
Second day
breakfast: 1Â Â low-fat yogurt, dried fruit (15 g) and wholemeal oat flakes (30 g)
lunch:Â fresh vegetable salad with fish of your choice (150 g) (a tablespoon of oil)
snack:Â 2 tangerines
dinner :Â vegetable soup at will (a tablespoon of oil)
Third day
breakfast: 30g wholemeal oats and 1 low-fat yogurt
Lunch:Â mixed vegetable salad, naturally green, with grilled chicken breast (150 g) (a tablespoon of oil)
snack:Â berries
dinner:Â fish of your choice (better blue, 150 g) with steamed vegetables and baked vegetables (a tablespoon of oil)
Detox tip:Â Â before breakfast, drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice and a pinch of cinnamon.
